Summary
Start, pause, and reset a millisecond-accurate stopwatch. Record numbered lap times with split and cumulative columns, color-coded fastest and slowest laps, and export the full lap list to CSV.
How it works
- Press Start (or tap the Space bar) to begin timing. The large display shows hours, minutes, seconds, and milliseconds updating in real time.

- Press Pause (Space) to freeze the display without clearing the time, then Resume (Space) to continue from where you stopped.
- When you are finished, press Export CSV to download the full lap list as a spreadsheet-ready file.
- Press Reset (R) to clear the timer and all laps and return to zero.
Use cases
- Athletics: coaches record individual lap splits for runners or swimmers and export the CSV for post-session analysis.
