Are my images uploaded to a server?

No. All processing happens entirely in your browser using the pdf-lib JavaScript library. Your images never leave your device.

How many images can I convert at once?

There is no hard limit. For best performance keep the total uncompressed size under a few hundred megabytes — very large batches may slow down older devices.

What image formats are supported?

This tool accepts JPEG and JPG files. PDF-lib embeds JPEG data natively which keeps file sizes small. PNG support is not included because PNG requires re-encoding.

Can I change the order of images?

Yes. Drag and drop the thumbnail cards to rearrange the page order before generating the PDF.

What page sizes are available?

A4 (210 × 297 mm), US Letter (8.5 × 11 in), and "Fit to Image" which sizes each page to match its source image dimensions.

Will the image quality be reduced?

No. The original JPEG bytes are embedded directly into the PDF without re-compression, so image quality is preserved exactly.
