- Flatten animations: PDF export captures only the final state of animated elements — test a preview slide to confirm layering looks correct.
- Reduce file size: In LibreOffice Export as PDF, lower JPEG compression quality to 75–85% for a significantly smaller file with minimal visual loss.
- Preserve hyperlinks: Use PowerPoint or LibreOffice for best link preservation; avoid Print-to-PDF methods if clickable links matter.
