This tool displays the live current time in both Tokyo, Japan (JST, UTC+9) and Nairobi, Kenya (EAT, UTC+3) simultaneously. The offset is always exactly 6 hours because neither city observes Daylight Saving Time — Tokyo is always ahead. All times are read from your device clock and update every second.

How it works

1. Your device clock is read via the JavaScript Date API.
2. Tokyo time is computed using the IANA timezone identifier Asia/Tokyo (always UTC+9).
3. Nairobi time is computed using Africa/Nairobi (always UTC+3, no Daylight Saving Time).
4. The offset is calculated by comparing the UTC offsets of both timezones at the current moment.
5. The display updates every second so both clocks stay live and accurate.
6. A visual indicator shows whether Nairobi is the same day or a day behind Tokyo.
