What is the Fibonacci scale for story points?

The standard planning poker deck uses 0, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 20, 40, and 100. The gaps grow intentionally — large gaps reflect inherent uncertainty in bigger tasks and prevent false precision.

How is the consensus estimate calculated?
