Timing runs locally in this tab. Saved profiles use this browser's localStorage; no split names or times are uploaded. The monotonic clock continues to determine elapsed time even if visual repaint updates are throttled in a background tab.

Summary

A browser-based stopwatch for speedrun attempts with splits, undo, skip, pause, PB profiles and CSV export.

How it works

  1. Enter your split names (one per line) in the setup panel, then click "Start Run".
  2. Press the Split button (or Space) each time you complete a segment.
  3. Use U to undo a mistaken split, K to skip a checkpoint, or P to pause and resume.
  4. The timer records each completed segment and compares it to your best.
  5. Gold splits (personal best on that segment) are highlighted in yellow.
  6. When the final split is recorded the run ends; use Reset to start a new attempt.
  7. Your personal bests are saved in your browser and persist across sessions.

Use cases

  • Time any game speedrun with precise millisecond accuracy.
  • Track personal bests for individual game segments or checkpoints.
  • Practice specific sections by resetting after a target split.
  • Compare current-run pacing against your all-time best splits.
  • Use during races to see at a glance if you are ahead or behind.
  • Export the completed run and segment results as a CSV file.
