Does this upload my HTML to a server?

No. The entire conversion happens in your browser using the PptxGenJS JavaScript library. Your HTML content never leaves your device.

How are slides created from my HTML?

Each H1, H2, or H3 element starts a new slide. The heading text becomes the slide title, and any paragraph (p) text that follows it (before the next heading) becomes the body text on that slide. List items are joined into bullet-style body text.

What happens if there are no headings in my HTML?

If no headings are found, all paragraph and list content is placed on a single slide with a generic title. You will see a warning in the preview.

Will images appear in the PowerPoint?

No. Images are skipped. Only text-based content (headings, paragraphs, lists) is converted. For image embedding, use a dedicated image tool.

What version of PowerPoint can open the generated file?

The .pptx file uses the standard Open XML format compatible with Microsoft PowerPoint 2007 and later, Google Slides, and LibreOffice Impress.

Is there a slide limit?

There is no hard limit enforced by this tool. Presentations with more than 100 slides may take a few seconds to generate. For best results, keep your input focused on the content you want to present.
