A frailty index (FI) measures the proportion of health deficits present in an individual from a standardized list. It is calculated as the number of deficits present divided by the total number of deficits assessed. FI values range from 0 (no deficits) to 1 (all deficits present).

What score indicates frailty?

How is this different from the Clinical Frailty Scale (CFS)?
