Required Run Rate Formula

RRR = (Target − Current Score) ÷ True Overs Remaining

True overs convert the X.Y scorecard notation into a decimal: the balls part is out of 6, not 10. For example, 14.2 overs is 14 + 2⁄6 = 14.333 true overs.

How it works
