Summary

Unlike many neighboring countries, Bangladesh does not observe daylight saving time, so the UTC+6 offset is constant year-round. The IANA identifier is Asia/Dhaka. This tool shows the live BST clock, key timezone facts, a UTC-to-BST converter, and a world clock comparing Bangladesh time to major cities.

How it works

The page reads your browser's system clock and converts it to Bangladesh time (UTC+6) using Intl.DateTimeFormat.
The UTC converter takes a time you enter and adds 6 hours to give the Bangladesh equivalent.
The world-clock panel converts the same UTC moment to each listed city's local time, accounting for DST where applicable.
All times update live every second without a page reload.
The "vs BST" column shows how many hours each city is ahead of or behind Bangladesh right now.
