macOS — Preview (built-in, free)
- Open the WebP file in Preview.
- Go to File > Export.
- Select HEIC from the Format dropdown.
- Click Save.
Requires macOS 10.13 (High Sierra) or later.
Windows — ImageMagick (free, open-source)
- Install ImageMagick from imagemagick.org.
- Open a terminal and run:
magick input.webp output.heic
