Summary

Upload one or more WebP images, pick a quality level and background fill color, then download JPGs — everything runs locally in your browser.

How it works

  1. Click the upload area or drag one or more WebP (or PNG/GIF/BMP) images onto it.
  2. Adjust the JPG quality slider (1–100, default 90).
  3. Pick a background fill color for transparent image areas (default white).
  4. A side-by-side preview appears showing the original and converted JPG.
  5. File sizes before and after conversion are displayed for each image.
  6. Click "Download JPG" for a single file, or "Download All as ZIP" for batch exports.

Use cases

  • Convert WebP photos received from modern cameras or browsers back to widely-compatible JPG.
  • Replace transparent WebP graphics with a solid background before embedding in documents.
  • Batch-convert a folder of WebP assets for CMS or email campaigns that require JPG.
  • Reduce or increase compression to meet file-size requirements for upload portals.
  • Preview how different quality settings affect visual clarity before committing to a download.
  • Process images privately without uploading to a third-party service.
