Summary
The Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale (UPDRS) evaluates Parkinson's disease across four domains: mentation, activities of daily living, motor examination, and therapy complications. Parts I–III use 0–4 item ratings. Part IV combines 0–4 duration/severity ratings with yes/no items according to the original scale. This tool computes subscale totals and a composite score to support clinical documentation and longitudinal tracking.
