How it works
- Enter a trip name, the number of travelers, and the number of days at the top of the form.
- Fill in the Fuel section with your one-way distance, fuel efficiency (mpg), and current gas price per gallon.
- Add per-night accommodation costs, per-person-per-day food budget, and any one-off activity costs.
- Use the Other category to add any custom line items not covered by the preset categories.
- Review the live totals panel for the grand total and per-person share, then click Save Trip to store the scenario in your browser.
- Load two saved trips and click Compare to view them side by side.
