Summary

The Time Blocking Planner lets you map out your entire day by assigning specific tasks or activities to defined time slots. Each block gets a name, a start time, an end time, and a color label so you can spot your schedule structure at a glance. Once your blocks are arranged on the visual timeline, you can export the full schedule as plain text to paste into notes or share with colleagues.

How it works

  1. Enter a block name, choose a start time and end time, and pick a color label.
  2. Click "Add Block" to place it on the visual 24-hour timeline.
  3. The timeline instantly reflects the new block alongside any existing ones.
  4. Reorder your day by removing overlapping blocks and re-adding them with adjusted times.
  5. Click "Export Schedule" to copy a plain-text version of your full day to the clipboard.
