Is my guest list uploaded anywhere?

No. Everything you type stays in your browser. The PDF is built locally with the pdf-lib library, and nothing is sent to any server.

How do the cards fold?

Each card prints as two stacked panels with a dashed fold line between them. The bottom panel prints right-side up and the top panel prints upside down, so once you fold the card in half, the name reads correctly from both sides of the table.

How many place cards fit on one page?

Four cards fit per US Letter page, arranged in a 2x2 grid with cut lines around each card.

Can I add a table number under the guest name?

Yes. Add a comma after the name on the same line, such as "Jordan Lee, Table 4", and the text after the comma prints as a smaller line under the name.

What paper size does this print on?

The PDF is a US Letter page (8.5 x 11 inches). Cardstock gives a sturdier tent card that stands up well on a table.

Is there a limit on how many names I can add?

You can add as many names as you like. The tool automatically adds extra pages so every guest gets their own card.
