Summary

Upload a photo, pick NSDL or UTIITSL, crop to the required ratio, and download a JPEG sized to that authority's pixel and file size spec.

How it works

  1. Choose NSDL or UTIITSL as the target application form.
  2. Click the upload zone or drag a photo onto it.
  3. A crop box locked to the correct ratio appears over your photo.
  4. Drag the box to reposition it, or drag a corner to resize while keeping the ratio.
  5. Adjust the min/max file size if your portal states a different limit.
  6. Click "Download Photo" to save a JPEG sized to that spec.

Use cases

  • Prepare a photo for a new PAN card application on the NSDL portal.
  • Prepare a photo for a new PAN card application on the UTIITSL portal.
  • Fit an existing photo under the exact KB cap a PAN form rejects otherwise.
  • Re-crop a photo to a square ratio for UTIITSL after it was shot for NSDL.
  • Resize a scanned or phone photo down to the required pixel dimensions.
