What are clinical T stages?

Clinical T stage describes how far the tumor has spread within or beyond the prostate: T1 means clinically inapparent (not palpable), T2 means palpable but confined to the prostate, T3 means tumor has extended beyond the prostate capsule, and T4 means the tumor invades adjacent structures.

What does the risk group mean?
