What counts as Evolution?

Any noticeable change over weeks or months: growth, color shift, shape change, new bleeding, itching, or crusting. Stable moles that look the same for years are a reassuring sign.

How many flags mean I should see a doctor?

The general guidance is: one or more flags warrants a professional opinion. Two or more flags — or any evolution — should prompt an appointment soon, not "eventually."
