Is my image uploaded to a server?

No. All processing happens entirely in your browser using the Canvas API. Your image never leaves your device.

What image formats are supported?

Any format your browser can render: PNG, JPG, WebP, GIF, BMP, SVG.

Canvas renders transparent areas as black by default. Picking a background color (e.g. white) fills those areas before exporting.

It center-crops your image to a square before scaling, so non-square logos do not get distorted or letterboxed.

At minimum use 32x32 (standard favicon) and 180x180 (Apple Touch Icon). Add 192x192 and 512x512 for PWA manifest icons.
