Is my spreadsheet uploaded to a server?

No. All processing happens locally in your browser using SheetJS and pdf-lib. Your file never leaves your device.

Which file formats are supported?

The tool accepts .xlsx (Excel 2007+), .xls (legacy Excel), and .csv files. Other spreadsheet formats like .ods are not currently supported.

What happens with multi-sheet workbooks?

All sheets are included in the PDF. Each sheet starts on a new page and is labeled with its sheet name at the top.

Are charts and images from Excel included?

No. This tool converts cell data (text and numbers) to a table in the PDF. Embedded charts, images, and complex formatting from Excel are not rendered.

Is there a row or column limit?

There is no enforced limit, but very large sheets (thousands of rows) will produce a large PDF and may take several seconds to generate depending on your device speed.

Can I control the page orientation or paper size?

The tool uses A4 landscape orientation automatically to maximize the width available for wide spreadsheets. Future updates may add more layout options.

Will formulas show values or expressions?

SheetJS reads computed cell values, so formulas show their calculated result, not the formula expression.

Why does my CSV look different in the PDF?

CSV files are plain text with comma (or tab) delimiters. SheetJS detects the delimiter automatically, but unusual formats may parse incorrectly. Opening the CSV in Excel and saving as .xlsx first usually gives the best result.
