How it works

  1. Enter the nominal (plate) dot percentage — typically 25%, 50%, or 75%.

  3. Enter the solid density (Ds) from your densitometer measured on the 100% solid ink area.
  4. Optionally adjust the Yule-Nielsen n-factor (default 1.7 for coated, 2.0 for uncoated).
