What number formats are supported?

The tool strips numbers followed by a period (1.), closing parenthesis (1)), or colon (1:), as well as bare numbers with surrounding whitespace. It handles any amount of leading whitespace before the number.

Will it remove numbers that appear mid-line?

No. Only numbers at the very start of a line (with optional leading whitespace) are removed. Numbers appearing in the middle or end of a line are left untouched.

Does it handle multi-digit numbers?

Yes. The pattern matches any integer at the start of a line regardless of how many digits it has — so line 1 through line 9999 are all handled correctly.

Can I keep or remove blank lines?

Yes. Use the "Remove blank lines" toggle to collapse empty lines from the output, or leave it off to preserve the original spacing.

Is my text sent to a server?

No. All processing happens entirely in your browser. Nothing is transmitted or stored anywhere.
