What do the substitution levels mean?

Basic replaces only the most recognizable characters (A=4, E=3, I=1, O=0, S=5). Standard adds more substitutions including T=7, L=1, G=9. Extreme applies all possible substitutions with symbol variants like @, |, and ! for maximum obfuscation.

Can I decode leet speak back to normal text?
