Summary

This tool merges multiple local video files into a single WebM by playing each clip through a hidden Canvas element and recording the canvas output with the MediaRecorder API. No file ever leaves your device — all processing happens in the browser. Add as many clips as you need, drag them into order, and click Merge to produce a downloadable file.

How it works

1. Click "Add Videos" to select one or more video files from your device.
2. Clips appear in a list — drag to reorder or remove individual files.
3. Click "Merge Videos" to start the recording process.
4. Each clip plays back through a hidden canvas at its native resolution (first clip sets the canvas size).
5. When all clips finish, the merged WebM downloads automatically.
