Yes. Each time component (hours, minutes, and optionally seconds) is generated using JavaScript's built-in Math.random(), producing uniformly distributed random values across the full 24-hour clock.

Can the same time appear more than once?

Yes, by default times are generated independently so duplicates are possible. The probability decreases when you include seconds, as there are 86,400 possible values instead of 1,440.

Is there a limit on how many times I can generate?

The tool supports generating between 1 and 100 times per click. For larger datasets, simply click "Generate Times" multiple times and use the copy feature.

What is the difference between 12-hour and 24-hour formats?
