Summary

Paste any text to get a full paragraph breakdown — sentence counts, word counts, min/max/avg stats, and a per-paragraph table with previews.

How it works

  1. Paste or type your text into the input field.
  2. Paragraphs are detected by splitting on one or more blank lines.
  3. Each paragraph is analysed for sentence count (terminal punctuation) and word count (whitespace split).
  4. Summary statistics — total, min, max, average — are calculated across all paragraphs.
  5. The table at the bottom lists every paragraph with its index, sentence count, word count, and a 50-character preview.

Use cases

  • Check whether an essay or report has balanced paragraph lengths before submission.
  • Identify outlier paragraphs — unexpectedly short or long — that disrupt reading flow.
  • Audit blog posts or articles for paragraph variety and structural consistency.
  • Review technical documentation to ensure no paragraph is overloaded with information.
