How it works

  1. Set the desired BPM using the +/- buttons, the number field, or the slider.
  2. Choose a time signature from the dropdown (e.g. 4/4, 3/4, 6/8).
  3. Select a sound style — Click, Wood, or Tick — for the beat sound.
  4. Toggle "Accent beat 1" if you want a louder, higher-pitched click on the downbeat.
  5. Press Start to begin. Watch the beat dots light up as the metronome counts.
  6. Use Tap Tempo to set BPM by tapping along to a song.
  7. Press Stop to pause the metronome at any time.
