How it works

  1. Select the stool frequency score (0–3) based on the number of stools above normal per day.
  2. Select the rectal bleeding score (0–3) based on daily blood in stool.
  3. Select the physician global assessment (0–3) reflecting overall disease severity.
  4. For the Full Mayo Score, also select the endoscopic findings score (0–3) from recent colonoscopy.
