How it works
- Select the stool frequency score (0–3) based on the number of stools above normal per day.
- Select the rectal bleeding score (0–3) based on daily blood in stool.
- Select the physician global assessment (0–3) reflecting overall disease severity.
- For the Full Mayo Score, also select the endoscopic findings score (0–3) from recent colonoscopy.
