How do I update the exchange rate?

Is the rate live or fixed?

It is refreshed every hour, not fixed. The rate box is pre-filled from our own rate table, which is checked hourly against a public feed of daily mid-market reference rates, and the line under it shows when the rate was last updated. Type your bank's rate over it when you need the exact amount.

Can I convert RUB back to EUR?

How accurate is the result?
