How it works

- Each variable adds or subtracts points according to the validated DAPT scoring algorithm.
- The tool sums all points to produce a score between -2 and +10.
- A score ≥2 suggests extended DAPT (>12 months) reduces ischemic events outweighing bleeding risk.
- A score <2 suggests extended DAPT increases bleeding risk without sufficient ischemic benefit.
