How do I convert cm to US shoe size?

Each US shoe size corresponds to a specific foot length in centimeters. Look up your cm measurement in the chart for your gender category. For example, 26.0 cm is US men's 9, and 24.1 cm is US women's 8. Use the nearest cm value if your measurement falls between sizes.

Does the cm to US size conversion differ for men and women?

Yes. The same centimeter measurement maps to different US sizes depending on gender. Women's shoes use a different sizing scale than men's, so 24.0 cm is men's US 6 but women's US 7.5. Always select the correct category.

What if my foot measurement falls between two sizes?

Round up to the next half size. Shoes that are slightly too large are generally more comfortable than shoes that are too small, and a thin insole can compensate for a small gap.

How do I measure my foot length in cm?

Stand on a piece of paper, trace your foot, and measure the distance from the heel to the longest toe in a straight line. Measure both feet and use the larger measurement. Measure in the afternoon when feet are slightly larger.

Is this chart accurate for all shoe brands?

This chart uses standard US sizing references. Some brands size slightly differently (narrow or wide lasts, athletic vs. dress shoes), so it is always a good idea to check the specific brand's size chart if available.
